Fill out your company registration — company name, address, phone, and the team members who'll be placing orders. You can add as many users as you need upfront; each will receive a welcome email with their login credentials.

We validate your account

Once you submit, our team reviews your registration to confirm your company details and intended use. This validation step is what keeps our portal — and your document uploads — secure. We don't hand out access to unverified accounts.

What we verify: Company name and contact details, your role in the title or escrow process, and that you're setting up a genuine business account. We may reach out by phone to confirm. Once approved, all registered users are activated simultaneously.

Place your first signing order

Log in, select your closing type, and submit your order. Upload documents through the encrypted portal — not email. Our team reviews every page before dispatching your agent. You'll receive a confirmation with your assigned notary's details.

For same-day or urgent closings: Place the order in the portal and call us directly at (555) 123-4567 to flag it as urgent. We'll prioritize agent assignment immediately.

Before you register

My colleague already registered our company. What do I do?
Don't create a new company account. Visit orders.easynotarysigning.com/request-client-user to request a user login under your existing company account. This keeps all your team's orders under one profile.
We're a Fidelity-owned title company. Does that affect anything?
Yes — and we're ready for it. During registration, select "Yes" to the Fidelity question. All signing orders placed under your account will automatically require Fidelity-approved notaries. No need to note it on every individual order.
How long does account validation take?
We review most new accounts within a few hours during business hours (Mon–Sat 7am–9pm). If you register outside those hours, expect approval by the next morning. We may call your company phone to confirm — this is part of keeping our portal secure for all partners.
Is there a fee to set up a partner account?
No. Registration is completely free. You're only invoiced for completed signing orders at our standard flat rates by closing type. Net-30 invoicing is available for verified partners — ask us once your account is active.
Can I place a same-day or urgent order?
Absolutely. Once your account is active, place the order in the portal and call us at (555) 123-4567 to flag it as urgent. We prioritize same-day closings and confirm agent assignment quickly — often within the hour.
How do I send closing documents securely?
Once your order is placed and confirmed, upload documents directly through the signing portal — encrypted end-to-end. We do not accept closing packages by regular email. The portal is the only channel, accessible only to your validated team members.
